The Floral Design Process (Floral services can only be added to Full Planning Packages)
Custom Design: J. Scott Events custom designs for all of our brides. We work with you from the very beginning to create floral concepts that are unique to you. First, we sit down to talk about colors, styles, and your overall vision.
Inspiration Boards: Based on our conversation, we will create an idea board with pictures of flowers, ideas for vases, and inspirations for personalized décor elements. Once you love what you see, we will put together a detailed quote.
Investment: Because we create a custom design for every bride, no two quotes are exactly alike. Prices are based on types of flowers and quantity of flowers. We put together a detailed quote outlining every flower; an itemized quote means there are no surprise fees or unexpected costs. All of our quotes include all labor and setup charges.
Finalize: We keep things flexible! We know new ideas are always popping up so you are not locked into designs until about a month before your wedding. At that point we finalize the quote, making any needed changes and flowers are ordered. By this time you have all of your replies back and know exactly how many centerpieces your layout will require.
