If you’re more organized than Monica Gellar, then you probably already have a binder for every member of your wedding party with timelines and color coded lists.  You just need someone you can trust to carry out your well-laid plans. We’ll happily be the Rachel to your Monica and make sure that your plans go exactly as you hoped.


  • 1 site visit meeting

  • Unlimited communication via email, phone, text

  • Begins two months before wedding

  • One Hour Ceremony rehearsal

  • Access to our online planning program + checklist

  • Day-Of coordination (no cap on hours)

  • J. Scott Event staff will be the Day-Of primary contact for venue and all vendors

  • Create and maintain a detailed timeline distributed to all vendors

  • Set up of special event decor including escort cards, menus, guest book, favors, etc.

  • Access to the event planning emergency kit

  • Ensure bridal party runs on schedule and assist with an on-time start

  • Create floor layout (if needed)

  • Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception

  • Disbursement of all vendor gratuities

  • Deliver gifts & envelopes to trusted family or friend at the end of the evening

  • Review of all rental counts/contracts to ensure accuracy

  • Drying of bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres for wedding party

  • The ultimate honeymoon packing list

  • Hotel bag/getaway car coordination

  • 1 Planner- can add on second planner for additional cost of $300 (if attending guest list is 300 or over, this will required)
