Long before I was a wedding planner or mama, I was an avid health nut. (JUST KIDDING). While I’m currently in the middle of a transformative season, I’m going back to my “healthy” sweet tooth and remembering my inner joy is found in finding ways to indulge and not reap the consequences. (Aka this girl right here can’t keep away from that chocolate sundae all of the time!)

The content in today’s post was inspired by so many delicious things! I’ve always kept a rather close eye on the various ice-cream options you see at the grocery store or in health food stores they claim to be “healthier” and was intrigued enough to learn to make my own.
